You must have authority to use Tessra on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.
License requirement
Tessra is commercial software. Use of the product requires a valid license, subscription, or trial activation issued by Oxis.
Trial
The Free plan is a 7-day trial unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout flow.
Paid plan
The Pro plan is offered as a paid subscription under the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase.
Permitted use
You may use Tessra only in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and your purchased plan.
Restrictions
- bypass or disable licensing controls
- resell or sublicense Tessra without authorization
- reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law from restricting that right
- use the service to violate law or third-party rights
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, and activated environments.
Billing
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees, taxes, and billing intervals are presented at the time of purchase.
Changes
We may update pricing, features, and product packaging over time. Material changes will be reflected in the current product terms or pricing pages.
Intellectual property
Tessra, its software, branding, and related materials remain the property of Oxis and its licensors.
Disclaimer
Tessra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except as required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
