What Tessra processes
Tessra indexes local repositories on your machine so compatible AI agents can query symbols, callers, impact radius, and related engineering context.
What we do not do by default
Tessra does not upload your source code to Oxis servers as part of normal local indexing and MCP operation.
Account, license, and billing data
If you create an account, activate a license, start a trial, or purchase a subscription, we may process account and billing-related information such as:
- name
- email address
- subscription status
- license status
- machine activation data
- payment records
- customer support history
Telemetry
Tessra may collect limited product telemetry related to licensing, activation, service health, and product usage. Where telemetry controls are available, they apply only to the product areas they describe. Billing, fraud prevention, licensing, and security-related processing may still be required to operate the service.
Website analytics
The Oxis website may use standard analytics, cookies, and similar technologies to understand traffic, product interest, and marketing performance.
Data retention
We retain account, licensing, billing, and support data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Third-party providers
We may use third-party providers for authentication, payments, hosting, customer communications, analytics, and operational monitoring.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect account and service data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable under law.
